Our gastronomic offer is based on the Alpujarra, Granada and Andalusian tradition, and the use of quality products that belong to the Denominations of Origin Food Granada. Ham from Trevélez, grenadine honey, olive oil of our mountains, the stud Huétor, the Costa Tropical Cherimoya or lamb from Segura and Sagra are some of these designations of origin always present in developing our dishes our Chef becomes authentic cuisine preserving the best of our tradition.
